Leading with Agility

The nature of leadership has changed. The longstanding top down, directive style of leadership is not successful in the current VUCA world. Today, what is required is a paradigm shift in leadership, truly a Leader Shift, a shift to adaptive, service oriented leadership where leaders learn to lead themselves first and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive.

Come join us on this journey to discover your leadership style and start your Leader Shift!

Today’s leaders must be able to recognize and respond to dynamic global challenges and opportunities while tapping into the intrinsic power of their employees to deliver industry leading solutions and services.

These demands require leaders who have a high degree of emotional intelligence, are situationally aware systems thinkers, and have the ability to provide clarity and vision to the people who they serve.

The ICAgile accredited Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA) learning experience is a 2 week program specifically designed to prepare leaders to respond to increasingly turbulent economic, technological, sociological and market forces as well as global paradigm shifts that require new leadership thinking.

Topics covered:

The path to business agility
Agile Leader styles, key attributes and mindset
Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Maturity
Relationship Agility Relational Intelligence for engaging today’s workforce
Behaviors that Increase Agility
Developing the self as a Leader
Leading Change and Transformation
